We have nutrition labels for our daily breads and some for our sweets. Please ask if you want more info, we usually have it on hand. Coming soon I'll have information on how eating our whole grains can improve your health. The chart will provide you with some general information about a wide variety of breads, some of which we bake right here in our store using the same or similar recipes.
