About Our Bread

We use our flour within 48 hours of when we mill it, transferring all of the natural nutrients from the whole grain into your bread.

We use the most natural ingredients possible - butter, eggs, fresh spices and herbs, fruits and nuts - and NEVER any preservatives!

Our breads stay fresh at room temperature for up to 10 days.

Our sweets are all made from scratch from home recipes, every morning.

WHOLE GRAIN GOODNESS
It's the foundation for our whole wheat breads. We use"high plains" wheat from Montana - the highest protein wheat in the world.

We use an old fashioned "stone mill" to protect the protein, bran, vitamins and fiber of this special wheat.
